Bulk championship belts are available starting at a minimum order of 5, with production taking roughly 8 to 15 working days plus 6 to 8 working days for delivery. Each belt can carry your league, tournament, or company logo cast directly into the plate, and per-belt pricing drops as order size increases, which makes bulk championship belts the standard route for leagues, fantasy sports championships, and corporate award programs.

Who Orders Bulk Championship Belts?
Four groups place most bulk championship belt orders: sports leagues, tournament organizers, fantasy sports commissioners, and companies running recognition programs. Each uses the belt the same way, as a physical, passed-down symbol of a season or event win.
- Sports leagues and clubs awarding a season championship belt instead of, or alongside, a trophy.
- Tournament organizers running boxing, wrestling, or MMA events with several weight classes or divisions, each needing its own belt.
- Fantasy sports commissioners wanting a physical championship belt for the league’s season winner — see our fantasy football championship belt buying guide for sizing and design tips specific to this use case.
- Companies and organizations using a championship belt as a recurring recognition award, for a top sales performer, an internal competition, or an annual event.
How a Bulk Championship Belt Order Works
A bulk order runs through five steps: sharing requirements, approving a quote and design proof, paying a deposit, production, and delivery. Most orders move from first contact to finished belts in roughly three to four weeks.
- Share your requirements. Number of belts needed, whether every belt is identical or personalized per division/winner, and your logo or wordmark.
- Get a quote and design proof. Per-belt pricing is confirmed based on quantity, plate style, and finish, with a design proof sent before production.
- Pay the deposit. A 50% deposit starts production, with the remaining balance due after you approve final photos of the finished belts.
- Production. Plates are cast, finished, and mounted, typically within 8 to 15 working days for the full order.
- Delivery. Shipping adds roughly 6 to 8 working days depending on destination.
Minimum 5 belts per order, with per-belt pricing based on plate style, finish, and quantity.
Adding Your League, Team, or Company Logo
For league and corporate orders, the logo is usually cast into the center plate or added as a dedicated side plate, rather than printed or stickered on. This keeps it durable through years of handoffs between winners, which matters for a belt that is meant to be passed from champion to champion each season rather than kept by one owner. Wording (league name, season, “Champion,” a company name) can be combined with the logo on the same plate. If you’re deciding between metal finishes for a bulk run, our guide to belt plate materials compares brass, zinc, and 24K gold finishes.

If your event date is fixed, it is worth requesting a quote for your bulk championship belts well before the 15-to-21-day combined production and delivery window, especially for larger orders covering multiple divisions. Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order for bulk championship belts?
Five belts. Below that, orders are handled as standard custom single or small-batch orders.
Can each belt in a bulk order be different?
Yes. A common setup is one shared plate design with per-belt personalization, such as a different weight class or winner name on each.
Is a championship belt a good fit for a fantasy football league?
Yes, this is one of the fastest-growing uses for custom belts. A season championship belt that gets passed to whoever wins that year is a popular alternative to a trophy.
How far in advance should we order for a scheduled event?
Plan for at least 3 to 4 weeks before your event date to cover production, approval, and delivery, especially for larger bulk orders.
Can a company use a championship belt as an employee recognition award?
Yes. Corporate award belts work the same way as league belts: your company name or logo cast into the plate, either kept by each winner or passed along as a recurring award.
