A custom boxing championship belt typically costs between $160 and $220 for a solid brass or zinc-plate design with a leather strap, and takes 8 to 15 working days to produce once your design is confirmed. The style you choose (WBC-style green strap, WBA-style crown, IBF-style eagle, or a fully custom design) is mostly a matter of look, since the real differences that affect price and durability come down to plate material, strap quality, and personalization.

Boxing Belt Styles Explained
Professional boxing has several sanctioning bodies, and each has a recognizable belt look that replica makers borrow from when building a custom design:
- WBC-style: a green strap with a gold center plate, one of the most recognized looks in the sport.
- WBA-style: often shown with a crown motif, either an “open crown” or “closed crown” design, gold-plated plates on a leather strap.
- IBF-style: typically built around a red strap and an eagle emblem on the center plate.
- WBO-style: a maroon strap paired with a globe centerpiece design.
- Heritage and regional styles: older, simpler designs (sometimes called Lonsdale-style after the historic British boxing belt) with a plainer center plate and understated side plates, popular with collectors who want a vintage look rather than a modern sanctioning-body design.
None of these need to be an exact trademarked copy to look the part. Most buyers want the color scheme and general shape of a style, personalized with their own name, gym, or event.

| Style | Strap color | Signature detail | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| WBC-style | Green | Gold center plate | Instantly recognizable display piece |
| WBA-style (open/closed crown) | Various | Crown motif | Traditional look, multiple finish options |

| WBO-style | Maroon | Globe centerpiece | Fans who want a less common look |
| Heritage/Lonsdale-style | Varies, often deep red or black | Simpler, vintage plate design | Collectors wanting an old-school look |
Personalized and Youth Boxing Belts
Two questions come up constantly: can the belt carry my own event or gym name, and is there a version for kids or smaller frames. Both are standard requests. Personalization is built into the center and side plates before casting, not stuck on afterward, so your gym name, fighter name, or event date reads as part of the belt, not an add-on. Youth and smaller-strap sizing is available on request for gyms giving belts to junior fighters or as tournament trophies.

What Does a Custom Boxing Belt Cost?
Expect $160 to $200 for a standard single-plate design in brass or zinc, and up to around $220 for heavier multi-layer plate builds. Packaging upgrades, like a presentation case, add a bit more. Ordering more than one at once, for example for a whole weight-class tournament, typically brings the per-belt price down.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a boxing championship belt made of?
Most quality replicas use brass or zinc plates, either mold-cast or stamped, finished in gold, chrome, or a dual-tone plating, mounted on a genuine or high-grade synthetic leather strap.
Can I get a boxing belt for a youth or amateur tournament?
Yes. Youth sizing and simplified designs are common for gym awards and amateur tournament trophies, and can be personalized the same way as full-size adult belts.
How is a custom boxing belt different from a mass-produced one?
A custom belt is built to your chosen colors, plate style, and wording rather than picked off a shelf. Mass-produced novelty belts are usually lighter, thinner, and not personalized.
How long does shipping take internationally?
Once production is complete, delivery typically adds 4 to 6 working days on top of the 8 to 15 working day production window, though this varies by destination.
Can I combine a boxing belt order with a bulk tournament order?
Yes. Bulk and tournament orders (minimum 5 belts) can mix boxing-style and wrestling-style designs in the same order if you are covering multiple weight classes or events.
