1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to both custom-made and ready-made products sold by Retro Shields. Different rules apply depending on the type of product ordered.
2. Custom-Made Products
- Custom-made belts are produced according to customer-approved specifications.
- Custom orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds, replacements, or corrections for custom products are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product is sent.
- Design preference issues, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction with design choices are not refundable.
3. Ready-Made (Non-Custom) Products
- Ready-made products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photos of:
- The product
- The original packaging
- Claims submitted after the stated timeframe may not be accepted.
5. Refund Method & Processing Time
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval (processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
6. Shipping Costs
- If a return is approved for reasons other than damage/defect/incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or refund) and may provide return shipping instructions where applicable.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges.
- Delays or holds caused by customs authorities are not eligible for refunds.
