FAQ
No. You don’t pay anything when you place an order. Someone from our team contacts you directly on WhatsApp to confirm the design, size, and timeline first. If the belt is already in stock, we send a real photo and video of it before asking for any payment. If it’s custom, we send a mockup for you to approve first. Only after you’ve confirmed do we ask for a 50% deposit to begin production, and the remaining 50% isn’t due until your belt is finished and photographed for you.

Yes. We require a 50% deposit to begin design and production. But it is refundable if design not according to your requirements
We accept PayPal and Western Union. You do not pay anything when you place an order: your belt is reserved first. If the belt is in stock, we send you a photo and video before you pay. If it is a customized belt, a 50% payment is needed to start production, and the rest is due after you approve photos of the finished belt.

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Medals ordered on their own ship for $30.

Absolutely. We work with independent promotions, fantasy leagues, schools, and corporate events.
Custom belts are made in 8 to 15 working days after you approve the design. Shipping takes a further 6 to 8 working days.
We send photos and a video of your belt before shipping, so you approve it before it leaves our workshop. For custom orders, your deposit is refunded if the belt is not made according to the artwork you approved. If an item arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will resolve it.
Yes. For an additional $30 you can upgrade to our suitcase packaging, so the belt arrives ready to present or store.
