2) Products & Services

RetroShields manufactures and sells customized championship belts, boxing gloves, medals, and related sports merchandise. Most championship belts are made-to-order according to customer specifications.

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, slight variations in color, finish, or detailing may occur.

3) Order Process & Customization

Customers must provide accurate customization details (design, text, logos, colors, sizing).
Production time for custom belts is 7–14 business days.
Before shipping, we send photos of the completed product for customer approval.

Once the customer approves the product based on the shared photos, the order will be shipped and considered final.

4) Payments

We accept payments through approved payment methods available on our website. Full payment must be received before production or shipment.

RetroShields reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5) Refunds & Rejections (Before Shipping)

If the finished product does not meet the agreed customer requirements, and the customer rejects it before shipping after reviewing the photos, a refund may be issued.

Once the customer approves the product and it is shipped, refunds are generally not available unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

6) Returns & Damage Claims

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of:

The damaged product
The packaging
The shipping label

After review, we will determine an appropriate resolution.

7) Shipping

We ship worldwide from Sialkot, Pakistan. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 6–8 working days. Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or other external factors.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

8) Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

9) Limitation of Liability

RetroShields shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or delays in delivery caused by third-party courier services.

10) Changes to Terms

RetroShields reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
