1) Order Processing & Production Time
RetroShields manufactures and ships physical products including customized championship belts, boxing gloves, and medals. Most championship belts are made-to-order based on the customer’s custom requirements.

2) Shipping Location & Destinations
We ship from Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan and we ship worldwide.
3) Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Courier services may vary depending on destination and availability. After dispatch, estimated delivery time is:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 8 working days (after dispatch)
Please note: delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to customs clearance, weather, holidays, or courier delays.
4) Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or confirmed with the customer before dispatch, depending on destination and package size/weight.
5) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
6) Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address (including postal/zip code and phone number). If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.
7) Damaged Items (48-Hour Reporting Window)
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos/videos of:
- The damage to the product
- The packaging (outer and inner)
- The shipping label
We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

Service Policy (Customization, Approval, Returns & Refunds)
1) Custom Product Approval (Photos Before Shipping)
RetroShields specializes in customized championship belts. Before we ship your order, we provide photos of the finished product for customer review and confirmation.
2) No Returns After Approval
Because our items are customized and/or made to order, we generally do not accept returns once the customer approves the product based on the photos provided before shipping.
3) Rejection Before Shipping
If the customer does not like the product after reviewing the photos (before shipping), the customer must inform us immediately. If the product was not made according to the customer’s requirements, a refund may be issued.
4) Refund Policy (When Applicable)
Refunds may be issued if the product was not made according to the agreed customer requirements and the customer rejects the order before shipping after reviewing the product photos. Refunds are processed using the original payment method when possible or an agreed alternative method.
5) Damaged / Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
6) Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
