How Custom Orders Work
You don’t pay anything to place your order. Whether it’s a belt we already have in stock or a fully custom design, the process is the same: no payment when you order, no card details, nothing. We reach out to you on WhatsApp first to confirm exactly what you want. For in-stock belts, we send a real photo and video of your belt before asking for anything. For custom belts, nothing goes into production until you’ve approved the artwork. Here’s exactly how it works, step by step:

Every order – custom or bulk – follows the same transparent process: a 50% deposit secures your production slot, and the remaining balance is due only after you’ve approved the design and seen photos of your finished belt. Standard production takes 8 to 15 working days, with delivery adding another 4 to 6 working days depending on your location, and we coordinate every step directly with you over WhatsApp so you always know where your order stands. Bulk and tournament orders start at a minimum of five belts, with the same craftsmanship and communication you’d get ordering just one belt.
